    Each chapter has its own personality and interests.  We get together at least twice a year to conduct business and celebrate the Sorority's founding.  Founder's Day brings us together in early February each year.  The hostess chapter organizes a luncheon and festivities to celebrate Sigma Beta's founding. 

    Province Day rings in the spring.  At this meeting, members gather to conduct sorority business at the Province level.  On this occasion, the Province Sigma Beta of the Year is crowned as our ideal.  The Province VI charity is our Sophia Maier Johnston Scholarship recipient.  Proceeds from a 50/50 raffle benefit this deserving student.  Lastly, we elect and install officers on our Province Board.  The hostess chapter goes to great lengths to organize a Saturday full of fun and friendship.
