Cowing Around
in Indiana

Little Bessie spent an exciting year with Chi Eta chapter in Indiana during 07-08.  She enjoyed the royal treatment and rallied everyone to the Sigma Beta Spirit!  Click to enlarge any photo.

After the 2007 Convention, Bessie made her way to Auburn, IN with Chi Eta chapter!  Before arriving, she broke her leg.

Bessie soon felt at home in Auburn with her new Sigma Beta hosts.  Her dangling hoof required immediate surgery to get her back on track.  Sharon Farmer came to her rescue and Bessie was ready to embark on an adventurous year with Chi Eta!
Bessie loves Halloween AND hats!  She donned her costume and visited the Healthy Halloween Fair.
Bessie was no turkey at Thanksgiving!  She helped Chi Eta purchase a turkey dinner and delivered it to a most deserving family.

For Christmas, Bessie really got into the Holiday spirit.  She helped buy and wrap gifts for a special Christmas family.  She thoroughly enjoyed filling and delivering 24 bags of goodies on Christmas Eve to residents at a local county home.
Bessie brought in the New Year with friends!  A little drink and dance was all she needed  to become a true Sigma Beta Party Animal!

In March, Bessie was busy making chocolate bunny suckers for Chi Eta's Easter Basket Project.  She jumped right in when it came to assembling these beautiful baskets.  Bessie truly enjoyed being the Easter Bunny when delivering these treats to county farm residents.

In May, she traveled to Michigan for the Province I meeting.  She was elated that Province I was able to give two charity grants totaling $1000 to two very special people!  In her excitement, she reaggravated her leg injury, but there was no stopping this bovine powerhouse!  She had Province I wrapped around her little hoof and all gave generously to Sophia's Dime Fund.
On her hobbled leg, she made the trip to Branson, MO, with Sally and Bob!
Bessie is flying high over the generous amounts we give to local and national charities.  She wants to remind everyone to Give...Give...Give to our National Dime Fund!
