Park in lot A3!

Be sure to park where indicated.  Do not park in the lot marked by the large red X.  This photo predates the parking deck which now sits on the empty lot below the green star.  If you do park at the wrong lot and attempt to enter by the wrong door, give them a fake name and organization as they turn you away.....:)

Email Heather about which dates you can commit to and I will post them here.

NEW ARENA CHECKLIST AND PROCEDURES

Price Increase:  Just so everyone knows, prices have increased on all the products we sell at BP1.  Please charge accordingly.
24 oz, domestic-  $9
Heineken-  $7
Sodas-  $4
Water-  $3.75
Peanuts-  $3.75

Parking:  Please do not park where they temporarily made us park in the front of the arena, while the deck was under construction.  Anyone who parks there and attempts to walk down the sidewalked hill to the gate will have their name taken, presumably for punishment or lecturing.  Either way, don't park there.  Since the deck is finished we must now park where we parked before construction began...where we originally parked when we started working there, which forced us to walk down the long road and around the rear of the building.  The lot is the same as then....A3....and it is adjacent to the new deck.  Once parked, walk down the road past the guard booth to a door that is to the right of the second vehicle entrance to the deck.

Check-in:  After entering, follow the hall to the end and the check-in desk will be right in front of you.  If the door to enter the building is locked, enter the parking deck through the 2nd vehicle entrance and follow the wall on your wall to double door that will put you at the check-in window.  Sign in for shirt, paperwork and towels.  Meal vouchers will now be distributed by TJ personally at the pre event meeting in the Food court and you must be present to get one.  Since everyone has to go, take valuables and if you like, wait until after the meeting to stock the cash in the till, so you're not leaving money.

Getting through the building-  The LATEST rule for volunteers is that we must leave the check-in area, go the elevators and take it to the 4th floor.  We enter the arena on the 4th floor and make our way to our stand from there.  We are not wanted on the club level anymore and we should only be on the event level (warehouse level) at the end of the night to turn in money and paperwork.  Once those are turned in, we must exit the arena the way we entered.....through the parking deck.  So go back to the 4th floor or whichever to make your way back to the check-in area to drop off your shirt and towels.  Do not exit the arena at the end of the night through the rear doors or event level.

Getting Money-  Groups will now pick-up their money at a the food stands in the rear of the Concourse level by the freight elevator.  At the end of the night, take money down to the money room.

Stock:  Please pay attention to where our stock is.  They have moved our stock in the fridge to a different wall and there's hardly any room to maneuv

ATTIRE

We will be provided with shirts (tucked in), hats and aprons.  We must wear black or khaki tailored pants and black or white shoes (comfortable)
